The following CD designs were created in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
The Collision by Light & Dark was created in a class at Herron School of Art & Design. It was an enjoyable elective. It was the class that introduced me to Photoshop. I came up with song names, the band name, and the name of the CD. I used elements from the title of the songs to reflect in the CD. I also used the idea of the contrasting name of light & dark to reflect in the contrast of colors and saturation.
Purple Queen was a commission project and it was decidedly created in Photoshop. The goal was something elegant and simple that stood out. The Secret Santa CD was just that. It was a gift for Secret Santa. I was broke at the time and I didn't know the person very well I was buying for either. My goal was for it to look like a Christmas CD and emphasize the music. It was created in Adobe Illustrator.
